Hallöchen!
Ich sa?? gerade hier mit Lynne im Wohnzimmer rum und wir durchstöberten ein Bisschen das Forum. Abgesehen von HoTTis Foto-Klau-Attacke auf unseren StudiVZ-Profilen, für die ich Dir, lieber HOT, nochmal bös' auf die Finger hauen möchte, haben wir aber auch das hier:
COMMENTS FOR LYNNE TESSA auf DailyMotion.com entdeckt.
Lynne und mir sind fast die Tränen gekommen. Kaum zu glauben, dass es da drau??en Menschen gibt, für die das alles so deratig aufbauend, ermutigend oder... Was auch immer... ist. Für solch ein Statement also: DANKE, DANKE, DANKE, DANKE!

Ich hab mir den clip von U-Lee angesehen und muss sagen: Hammerhammerhammerstark! So was behälst du doch ein Leben lang in Erinnerung, und du weist, eure clips werden auch noch in unendlichen Zeiten angesehen und helfen, Menschen aufzubauen, zu erfreuen, zu ermutigen. Im Prinzip seid ihr Beide durch diese clips "unsterbbar" geworden. Ist doch auch schon mal was.
Was mich erstaunte: Der zweite clip in diesem Video (What I need, what I want) war mir ganz unbekannt. Hab ich jetzt so ein schlechtes Gedächtnis oder was? Auf jeden Fall ist er für mich der beste clip, den ihr gemacht habt in Bezug auf die Performance. glücklich

Wenn du schon einmal beim Korrigieren bist, dann nimm bitte auch noch das "behälst" dazu.
Dieses Wort kommt nicht vom "Hals" sondern von "halten" und wird demzufolge sooo geschrieben: B e h ä l t s t .

Oooh jee, war mir noch gar nicht aufgefallen, dass das "t" fehlte. Danke an den Oberlehrer! (und für die Nicht-Eingeweihten, und auch mir ist das erst seit einigen Jahren bekannt: Den Titel "Oberlehrer" giptz tatsächlich; er wird beispielsweise im Justizvollzugsamt eingesetzt. Wollen wir hoffen, dass wir in diesem Bereich die Hilfe des Oberlehrers nie brauchen werden.)

Oberlehrer gibt es seit der Reform der Bundesbesoldungsordnung nicht nur mehr allein in deutschen Justizvollzugsanstalten oder im Polizeidienst.
Während man in unserer benachbarten Schweiz ausschlie??lich Gymnasiallehrer als Oberlehrer bezeichnet, darf in Deutschland jeder, der sich (meist ungefragt) in eine Angelegenheit einmischt und glaubt, andere belehren zu müssen, mit dieser Bezeichnung tituliert werden.
Der Pöbel nennt sie hingegen Besserwisser, das gemeine Volk Klugschei??er. Ihr Handeln ist jedoch in allen Fällen schulmeisterlich.
Und bei dir, bierskoda, glaube ich mich erinnern zu können, denselben Fehler bereits schon einmal korrigiert zu haben, was einer statistischen Rückfallquote von genau 100 % gleich kommt.

Ich bin ein "Nurleser".
Es ist ja so, dass ich von mir selber ausgegangen bin, denn ich muss auch nicht jeden Tag im Forum lesen um alles mitzubekommen!

Jedes Forum lebt von den Aktivitäten der Mitgleider, da gebe ich Dri recht, aber manche leben auch von etwas anderes. Das Forum hei??t ja "Lynne & Tessa Forum". Wenn es über die genannten Damen nichts neues gibt und sie selbst nicht aktiv sind. Dann fehlt eben die Basis. Die meisten Foren drehen sich um ein bestimmtes Themengebiet und die Aktivität hängt eben davon ab wie viel neues es zu diesem Thema gibt.

Eine Website zu unterhalten macht auch Arbeit und wenn Tessa die Zeit oder Lust nicht hat sich in ihrem eigenen Forum aktiv zu beteilligen und es zum SPAM Forum verkommt, dann halte ich es für besser es zu schlie??en.

Alternativen? Es ist einfach so dass Dinge sich verändern und Zeiten sich ändern. Wenn man das ignoriert dann wirkt man irgendwann wie ein Zombie unter Lebenden. An das erinnern mich die Treffen der Vertriebenenverbände bei denen inzwischen fast nur noch Mitglieder erscheinen, die in der BRD aufgewachsen sind und trotzdem auf Gebiete pochen in denen seit 60 Jahren andere Leben.

Ich glaube nicht das man nun das Forum wieder beleben kann. Zu viele haben L&T längst hinter sich gelassen, warum auch nicht? Ich habe kürzlich ein älteres Spiel neu begonnen, bin stecken geblieben und suchte in dem Forum das ich schon vor ein paar Jahren genutzt habe, Hilfe - und es existierte nicht mehr, wahrscheinlich einfach weil es zu ruhig wurde.

Ich verstehe auch nicht warum Du nach einer Alternative fragst. Nach dem Profil von Tessa stammt das letzte Posting vom 5.8.2007. Wenn sie fast 1 Jahr lang nicht im Forum aktiv war, scheint es sie nicht zu interessieren. Wenn mich etwas nicht interessiert, warum sollte ich es dann aktiv lassen? Moderiert scheint es ja auch nicht mehr zu werden. Anders herum gefragt, gibt es einen zwingenden Grund es offen zu lassen?

Das was sich momentan im Forum rum treibt, mögen zwar Menschen sein, welche sich in Ihrem Umfeld wahrscheinlich auch wie diese benehmen, nur handeln sie im Forum wie Schweine & laden sämtlichen Dreck ab, welchen sie sonst nicht verwerten können.
Jeder darf mal rumblödeln, aber nicht in diesem Ausma??e. Nimm die L&T Header & ??berschrift raus, füge das Forum in eine andere Seite ein und niemand würde es merken, das dieses Forum jemals zu Tessas Seite gehörte.

Ich, als Leser, empfinde es als unangenehm in jedem erdenklichen Thread One-Liner vorzufinden, die mehr als 10 Seiten füllen und gar nicht zum eigentlichen Thema gehören.

Aber gut, es ist dein Job und du solltest tun was du für richtig hältst, nur eine Frage hätte ich da noch: Warum hast du als Moderator nicht eingegriffen, als in sämtlichen Foren Bereichen "privat" Bilder von L&T aus dem StudiVZ gepostet wurden? Den Fans freut's, nur das es den Beiden gegen den Strich gehen könnte, daran wird nicht gedacht. Das hast Du vor lauter Müll doch nicht etwa übersehen? Dann bitte ich um Verzeihung!

Das mit den Privatbildern habe ich nicht mitbekommen. Jedoch nicht, weil ich es "vor lauter Spam" nicht gesehen habe.. ich habe schlichtweg nicht immer Zeit fürs Forum.
Ich bin jetzt seit ca. 3 Tagen wieder aktiv am Forum beteiligt davor war ich nur sehr selten da.
Es war ja eigentlich auch so gedacht, dass ich (mit einem anderen Moderator) für den deutschen Bereich zuständig bin und 2 englischsprachige Menschen für den englischen Bereich. Damit ich eben auch in "Notfällen" eingreifen kann, bin ich auch im englischen Bereich Moderator. Aber jetzt sieht die Sache ja etwas anders aus. Ich bin der einzige Moderator im gesamten Forum und Englisch ist nicht gerade meine Stärke, da ist das Ganze etwas schwierig. Zum Glück schaut noch so mancher Admin aufs Forum.

??brigens kannst du nicht erwarten, dass man im Forum noch sehr viel über Tessa oder Lynne schreibt.
Wie denn auch? Von den Videos wurde schon jede Sekunde auseinander genommen, alle Berichte wurden gelesen, alle Details besprochen und Tessas Blog wird ja grö??tenteils hier kommentiert. Da is nemmer viel übrig.

Ich habe es schon oft gesagt und sage es wieder: Wenn jemand nicht mit mir zufrieden ist, soll er sich doch bitte an die Admins wenden und vielleicht auch einen Vorschlag machen, wer Moderator sein sollte.
Ist für mich kein Problem, wenn ich nicht mehr Moderator bin. Tu dir keinen Zwang an.

Anette macht den Job als Moderator nun schon 21 Monate. Wenn nicht mal Tessa nach ihrem eigenen Forum schaut, dann finde ich es reichlich unfair zu erwarten, dass die Moderatoren das noch tun. Und wie schon erwähnt, es ist alles ausdiskutiert. Auch ein Grund das Forum zu schlie??en.

Ich würde allerdings meinen Moderatorstatus aufgeben, wenn ich längere Zeit fürs Forum keine Zeit habe, schlieslich ist das ein für das Forum nicht unwichtiger Job.

Der Name ist so gewählt weil ich eine kritische Meinung hier einbringen will. Es gibt ja noch genügend die voll auf Tessas Linie sind und jeden ihrer Blogs loben. Aus diesem Grunde melde ich mich auch nicht bei jedem Blog zu Wort. Zu schlimm wirds schon nicht werden, schlie??lich wird dieser Blog ja zensiert. Yikes! There are certainly people on the forum who are enjoying the spam, otherwise they wouldn't post. Why should the lack of L&T activity be cause to interfere with their enjoyment? It costs nothing to have a spam area on the website. The more serious discussion has mostly moved here anyway, and despite not being able to post pictures and links to the forum comments, it seems to be working...

PAIN MANAGEMENT by watching the L&T VIDEOS

Forum members have used the L&T videos for treatment of everything from depression, to cancer distress, to loss of a loved one, to work related stress. Others like myself, simply find that it puts them into a good mood, makes them laugh, and cheers them up. Yesterday I had surgery to repair a ventral hernia by having a polypropylene mesh stapled in behind my abdominal wall, just below my sternum. These meshes can be seen if you scroll down in the page linked below:

After my surgery I was given a prescription for 50 opiate containing Tramadol pills, which are normally prescribed for the control of moderate to severe pain.

Rather than take the pills, which are constipating, I decided to watch the L&T lipsync videos instead. I compared the analgesic effect of watching the vids, to prolonged continuous yawning. The pain is fairly severe, but I'm certainly not passing out or anything like that. It's painful getting out of bed, the pain makes me sick to the stomach thereby causing loss of appetite, and the stress gives me a headache even though I normally never get headaches. I also find that I tire quickly, especially after a meal, even though I normally function well on less than 5 hours of sleep. Here are the results of my experiment:

(1) The following videos took my mind off the pain significantly. Surprisingly my headache was gone and my stomach felt much better after watching them: Barbie Girl, Join Me, Don't Let Me Get Me, Livin La Vida Loca, Lucky, Skaterboy, Both of Tearin' Up My Heart, This Love, Wannabe, What A Girl Wants.
(2) The following videos were also good for my pain, but sometimes Lynne or Tessa made me want to giggle, and that distressed me because it would be very painful: Bring It All Back, All The Small Things, Get Down, Move Your Feet.
(3) Ouch! I could not watch Don't Speak or It's Not Unusual, because both Lynne and Tessa made me laugh causing severe and unbearable pain, and I think I might pass out if I watch these.

Prolonged continuous yawning is a good way to deal with mental distress or pain. It takes some practice and is best done lying in bed. It isn't always easy to yawn like that. The best way to start is when you are feeling tired and you naturally want to yawn: simply prolong the yawn and try to squeeze a little harder when you start to feel the "blood rushing through parts of your brain". Eventually you'll get good at it and be able to do it for 15 or 20 minutes at a time. It clears the mind and is VERY refreshing. When you yawn to reduce pain, then the "rushing blood" is in a different part of the brain than it is when you yawn for extended or-gasm LOL, but it works very well. I don't want to say that it's better or worse than watching the uplifting L&T videos, because the effects are quite different, but I'd certainly recommend both strategies to everyone.

Nevertheless I went on a quest to find a top model who might have a glimmer of hope in filling the rather large shoes of L&T. Since many of the die-hard L&T fans are men in their mid 40's and better, I sought about finding a top model appropriate for that age group, this despite the inescapable fact that a man's taste in what constitutes an attractive woman does not change much through the decades, as his body ages. Of course I'm not talking about s3xua1 attractiveness, but rather about the sort of demeanor based attraction that is characteristic of L&T. The kind of attractiveness that makes one feel good and brings a smile to one's face. Surprisingly I found a model of some value, so I have posted the video clips for your enjoyment in the links below. Importantly, the two characters in this video illustrate the correct relationship between a young beauty and an old fan LOL! But don't worry Lynne and Tessa, you still hold top crown; she can't hold a candle to the two of you...

I think Liz Hurley has a great attitude and a wonderful sense of humor in this flick. If you look carefully during at the squirrel skit, you can see that she is grinning while covering her face as she escapes out the door on the left. I am proud to report about a joyous incident: For the first time in the last 12 months (or even the most comments at all? I can't check that now, I am uaually reporting from the Euro2008 in Austria, so I have no time to look it up...) the comments to a Tessa-Blog have reached the incredible number of more than ONE HUNDRED, most of them written by English readers, maybe because of the excellent translation done by steevejanpan? So HOT can retire and be active in the photo business, trying to find nice, innocent photos of nice innocent girls in ALL of the Intrnet, where they are available without "hacking".
